The Development

The subdivision consists of thirty-seven spacious building lots in the east part of Cheyenne. These city lots range between 8000 - 13,500 sq. ft. – many lots can accommodate a 4 car garage. This subdivision will connect to the newly approved City of Cheyenne Southeast Community Park; a 105 acre addition of proposed softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, swimming pools, wetland, lake and several gazebos.
